Returns Policy
General Return Terms
If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to refund your items. Simply return them in an unused condition within 14 days after you’ve received them. If you’re returning your item due to a change of mind, a fee will apply.Return Timeframe
You’ll need to return your item to us or our Marketplace Partner within 14 days of receiving it.What Can Be Returned
Eligible for Return:
- Items in unused condition within 14 days of receipt
- Faulty items or anything damaged in transit free of charge within 14 days
NOT Eligible for Return:
- Used items
- Made to Order items – It takes 48 hours for us to process your order before we begin to make your product for you. After this time, all Made to Order products are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.
- Anything damaged after delivery
How to Return Items
Small Items – In-Store Returns
You can return small items to our stores within 14 days of receiving them. They’ll need to be in an unused condition with your delivery note.What CANNOT be returned in-store:
- Larger items, like furniture and appliances
- Any item sold and dispatched by our Range Plus Partners
By Post
Most small/regular items can be returned within 14 days of purchase by post using a recorded delivery method or the returns label included in the package.Collection Service
We can arrange a collection directly from you. This option is also available for larger items, such as furniture and patio sets.Return Process
For a successful return, ensure everything is packaged well in its original packaging. Contact our Customer Care team with a photo of your item attached before you send it so we can authenticate the return. ### Damaged Items If your item has arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately, quoting your order number and detailing the problem with your items. ## Refunds Policy ### Refund Processing Time Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your returned items, and are refunded back to your original payment method.Return Fees
If you’re returning a Marketplace item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to pay the cost listed below (specific costs would be detailed on their website)Proof of Delivery
Please ensure you retain proof of delivery as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit if no proof of delivery is available. ### Marketplace Partner Refunds If your item was sold by one of our The Range Marketplace Partners, they’ll process your return in a similar time frame. ## Exchange Policy ### No Direct Exchanges Available We don’t offer exchanges, just a smooth and easy returns service. If you’d like an item in a different colour or size, simply return the unwanted item and make a new order for the one you’d prefer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to exchange any orders placed online. You’ll need to return your item in its original, unused condition using one of the return methods above and place a new order for the item you’d like.Special Circumstances
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order or items in your order before we dispatch them by contacting our Customer Care team.Made to Order Items
Made to Order items are excluded from our standard cancellation period. It takes 48 hours for us to process your order before we begin to make your product for you.
