Tennis Warehouse Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

General Return Policy

90-Day Return Window

Tennis Warehouse offers a 90-day return window from the original invoice date for all items. Items must be returned in brand new and resellable condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Conditions
  • New Items: Items returned in brand new and resellable condition are eligible for a full refund within 90 days
  • Used Items: Products returned in used or worn condition can be exchanged for another item or are eligible to receive store credit for the full value of the purchase, excluding tennis racquets, shoes, balls, court equipment, and stringing machines
  • Beyond 90 Days: Products returned beyond 90 days from the original invoice date may be eligible to receive store credit at the sole discretion of Tennis Warehouse

Tennis Racquet Returns

New Racquets
  • Racquets that have the plastic wrap removed from the handle and/or any tennis ball fuzz on the strings are no longer considered new and are ineligible for a full refund
  • Custom strung racquets are not eligible for a refund of string
Used Racquets
  • Tennis racquets purchased as new, and returned used within the 90-day return window will only be eligible for a store credit of up to 65% of the original racquet value
  • Sales are final on the purchase of used racquets, including used demos
  • We do not accept any used Padel racquet returns

Exchange Policy

Product Exchanges
  • Products returned in used or worn condition can be exchanged for another item (excluding tennis racquets, shoes, balls, court equipment, and stringing machines)
  • All exchanged product will be shipped back to you free of charge via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified
Limitations
  • An excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for exchanges or store credit

Drop-Shipped Items

Return Requirements
  • Drop shipped items must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date in an unused condition and their original packaging
  • A Return Authorization form must be requested from Tennis Warehouse by emailing machines@tennis-warehouse.com
Customer Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for any restocking and return shipping costs associated with your drop shipped return
  • Return shipping labels are not provided for drop shipped items

Return Shipping

Free Return Shipping
  • Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States with a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label included in the box
  • Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer
  • Cases of balls do not qualify for return shipping
Processing Time
  • Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving back at our warehouse
  • Free return shipping via UPS Ground may take up to 7-10 days to return to our warehouse
Non-Refundable Charges
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Process

Domestic Returns
  1. Fill out the return form (included with your order or available for download)
  2. Place items back in original shipping container
  3. Include completed return form in package
  4. Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the package
  5. Drop off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building
International Returns
  1. Fill out the return form
  2. Ship return package to: Tennis Warehouse, Attn: Returns Department, 1295 Bluegrass Lakes Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30004, USA
  3. Customer responsible for all return shipping charges
  4. Any customs fee incurred by Tennis Warehouse will be deducted from your refund
Gift Returns

Follow the same process but use the Gift Returns Form instead of the standard return form.

Warranties & Defective Items

Immediate Defects
  • If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, contact Tennis Warehouse immediately to arrange for a replacement or credit
Post-Purchase Defects
  • For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer
  • All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer’s defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse
Racquet Warranties
  • All racquets purchased new come with a one-year warranty against defects
  • If deemed defective, a replacement will be issued immediately and will be strung with the string & tension originally purchased
  • If the original racquet is no longer available you will be contacted to choose a racquet of equal or lesser value within the same brand, or a Tennis Warehouse store credit
Tennis Warehouse 6-Month Durability Guarantee
  • Tennis Warehouse offers a one-time 6-month outsole durability guarantee on select shoes
  • If you wear through the outsole within 6 months of purchasing a qualifying shoe from Tennis Warehouse, you may return them for a one-time replacement
  • This durability guarantee only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe and eligible shoes must be completely worn through the outsole and into the midsole or insole
  • Valid only in the contiguous U.S.
