TaylorMade Golf Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Return Policy
Return Timeframe
You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your item.
How to Set Up a Return
To set up a return please login to your account in the top right-hand corner of www.taylormadegolf.com. Please click on Orders and then choose the items from the order you would like to return.
Return Processing Time
You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return, provided that TaylorMade determines, in its sole discretion, that the returned item is eligible for a credit under this return policy.
Return Shipping
The shipping label to return your clubs can take up to 1 business day to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder before requesting a new label.
Items NOT Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we do not take returns on custom-built products. If you are not satisfied with your custom club purchase please call our customer experience team at 877-860-8624 and we will work through any possible options with you.
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total.
Shipping Costs
We’re sorry, but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders.
Payment Method
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Warranty Policy
Golf Clubs Warranty
With respect to golf clubs, TaylorMade warrants, to the original consumer only, that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for two (2) years from the original date of purchase from taylormadegolf.com or from an authorized retailer located in the United States of America provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase from taylormadegolf.com or in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorized retailer from whom the consumer purchased the product and (2) The golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.
TaylorMade Vault Products
With respect to clubs and club components sold to consumers via the TaylorMade Vault, TaylorMade warrants, to the original consumer only, that such clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 2 years from the original date of purchase provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of a receipt from the TaylorMade Vault, and (2) the golf club or club component has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.
Golf Balls and Accessories Warranty
With respect to TaylorMade golf balls and accessories, TaylorMade warrants, to the original consumer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 2 years, and for accessories for one year, from the original date of purchase from an authorized retailer provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorized retailer from whom the consumer purchased the product; and (2) the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.
