defective or Unopened items may exchange for the exact new product or a different item of equal value within 14 days from the initial purchase date.

If You Don’t want to an exchange item, you can request for the refund.
Without the receipt or more than 14 days from a date of purchase – Gift card will issue.
With receipt – They will provide a refund in the original form of payment.
