Evenflo Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

Return Timeframes:

• Standard Products: You have 30 days from receipt to return unused Evenflo item(s) purchased from Evenflo.com for a full refund of the merchandise value
• Evenflo Gold Products: For Evenflo Gold products, you have 100 days from receipt to return unused Evenflo Gold items, purchased from Evenflo.com for a full refund of the merchandise value

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unused for any period of time
• We cannot accept returns of any items that have been used for any period of time
• Must contact Evenflo prior to returning items
• Items must be purchased directly from Evenflo.com

Return Process:

1. Please contact the Evenflo ParentLink team by calling 800.233.5921 to obtain return instructions
2. Follow the provided return instructions
3. Ship items back to Evenflo (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)

Shipping Costs:

• Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser

Refund Policy

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise
• Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account
• Refunds include the full merchandise value only (shipping charges excluded)

• Evenflo assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages
