At Enso Rings, we want you to love your purchase completely. If you don’t love it for any reason, just let us know within 30 days and we’ll exchange it for something you do love, or refund your money.

How to Initiate a Return

If you’re dissatisfied with your Enso Rings purchase, fill out our return request form. A member of our team will reach back out to you shortly to resolve the problem.

Free Size Exchanges

If it turns out that your ring isn’t the right size, we are happy to offer a free exchange service within 30 days of purchase so that you get the fit that you want.

General Exchanges

All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Our team will work with you to find the perfect replacement product.

Lifetime Warranty

Coverage

Every Enso ring comes with a lifetime guarantee. If your ring breaks, stretches out, or fades, we’ll replace it for the lifetime of the buyer.

The Lifetime Warranty covers rips, breaks, tears, and discoloration. We’ll cover the cost of your new ring, we just ask that you cover the cost of shipping and handling.

Warranty Exclusions

All Inked rings are limited edition and are not eligible for the Lifetime Warranty.

Please keep in mind all clearance items are not eligible for the Lifetime Warranty.
