Easy Canvas Prints – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Manufacturing Defect Guarantee
Easy Canvas Prints guarantees that all products sold are free from manufacturing defects for 90 days after purchase. If your product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during this period, we will provide a replacement or issue Easy Canvas Prints store credit.
To Request a Manufacturing Defect Replacement:
- Take a clear photograph of the failed or broken product showing the defect
- Send the photograph or the original failed product to Easy Canvas Prints
- Upon receipt and verification, we will send a replacement product or issue store credit equal to the purchase value
Important: The determination of whether a product’s failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of Easy Canvas Prints. You must provide complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure, including product use and conditions.
Order Cancellation Policy
Easy Canvas Prints provides many opportunities to review, revise and cancel orders before placing them. Once an order has been placed, Easy Canvas Prints is not responsible for reviewing, revising or canceling orders, products or images.
If you need to cancel your order after it has been submitted:
- Contact our Customer Service team immediately
- If any part of your order has been produced by the time your cancellation request is processed, a 20% cancellation fee may be withheld from any refund
Content Violation Cancellations
If it comes to Easy Canvas Prints’ attention that you have violated the Terms of Service or Terms of Sale, we will send you notice of cancellation and your order will be canceled. The purchase price of your order, less any costs incurred during processing and cancellation, will be returned by signed check through the United States Postal Service, postmarked within 30 days of your receipt of notice of cancellation.
What We Do NOT Guarantee
Easy Canvas Prints does not provide refunds or exchanges for:
Image Quality Issues
- Poor image quality due to low-resolution uploads – you are responsible for ensuring uploaded images are of sufficient quality for your selected size
- Pixelated, blurry, or unclear prints resulting from inadequate source material
Color Variations
- Color differences between your computer screen and the printed product – monitor settings vary and we cannot guarantee exact color matching between digital displays and physical prints
Material Expectations
- Products received that are made of materials different from what the purchaser expected – we guarantee you will receive the materials advertised on our website
Customer Errors
- Spelling errors, grammatical errors, or content mistakes
- Layout or design issues within your control during the ordering process
- Any factor within the “Realm of Control” including color, font, positioning, graphics, text quantity, or background color
Exchange Policy
Easy Canvas Prints does not offer direct product exchanges. For manufacturing defects covered under our 90-day guarantee, we provide replacement products or store credit as outlined above.
