Displate Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Return Period: You may return any Displate product within 100 calendar days of delivery and receive a 100% refund.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The product must be in the original state and the mounting system has not been used
• The product needs to be sent at the customer’s cost

Required Documentation:

• Please write down your full shipping details on the package as per your order
• Print the withdrawal form and enclose it to the package (downloadable from the website)

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of cancellation, however, we will do our best to do it asap.

Full vs. Partial Returns:

• Full Order Return: If you returned the whole order you will get a full refund including shipping costs
• Partial Return: In case of a partial return the original shipping cost is not refunded. You will get a refund for the value of the returned Displates excluding the shipping cost

Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom prints are non-refundable
• Displates obtained with a Displate Club voucher are non-refundable

Special Return Requirements:

Safe Wall Magnet Mounting System

Partial returns of a Safe Wall Magnet Mounting System are not possible

Lumino Products

To be eligible for a refund the whole product including, power bank, 2 x USB-C cables and the mounting system needs to be returned in the original package or alternatively a package which is labelled with a UN3481 Lithium Battery Label. The label must be printed in color with the minimum dimension of 10 cm wide × 10 cm high (3.94″/3.94″)

Gift Card Purchases

• You may return a Displate bought with Gift Card within 100 days of delivery
• The amount will be refunded to the original method of payment

Exchange Policy

Exchange Availability: Unfortunately, there is no possibility to exchange a purchased Displate.

Alternative Solution: The only solution in this situation is to send it back to us to get your refund and then place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within the next 24 hour of placing it. This is due to the fact that after that time Displates are printed.

Cancellation Refund: Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of cancellation but we will do our best to do it asap.
