DIOR RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

DIOR.COM RETURN POLICY

Return Timeframe

Dior will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items within 30 days of purchase through our website.

Return Conditions
  • Please return the item(s) in its original product packaging.
  • La Collection Privee products can only be returned for a refund if unopened/unused within 30 days of purchase through our website.
  • Products must be unopened or gently used
  • Original product packaging must be included
Restrictions
  • All personalized and/or engraved items are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • Products purchased on Dior.com may not be returned at a Parfums Christian Dior boutique or at an authorized Parfums Christian Dior Retailer.
  • At this time, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on items purchased outside of the United States.
Refund Policy
  • Purchases made on Dior.com are allowed to be returned for refund only.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment
  • Dior.com is unable to refund shipping charges.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days of processing time.
Return Process
  1. Complete the Create a Return process ‘My Account’ located in your purchase history and adhere the Return Label that is sent to your email account to your parcel.
  2. For guest orders: you can access the Returns portal by clicking HERE.
  3. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return.

PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR BOUTIQUES RETURN POLICY

Return and Exchange Timeframe

Dior will gladly exchange or refund any unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges for products are permitted for purchases made at a Parfums Christian Dior boutique only.
  • Exchanges are available only for boutique purchases
  • Items must be unopened
Boutique Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment
  • Purchases of $300 or less in cash may be refunded in cash; any cash purchase returned for over $300 will be refunded via corporate check.
Boutique Restrictions
  • Products purchased at a Parfums Christian Dior boutique may not be returned on Dior.com or at an authorized Parfums Christian Dior Retailer.
  • Products purchased on Dior.com or at an authorized Parfums Christian Dior Retailer may not be returned or exchanged at a Parfums Christian Dior boutique.
  • All personalized and/or engraved items are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

Cross-Channel Returns

Products purchased from different channels cannot be returned or exchanged across channels:

  • Dior.com purchases → Only returnable through Dior.com
  • Boutique purchases → Only returnable/exchangeable at boutiques
  • Authorized retailer purchases → Subject to their individual policies
Geographic Limitations

At this time, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on items purchased outside of the United States.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All personalized items
  • All engraved items
  • Gifts may not be returned or exchanged for another product.
Order Cancellation
  • If you’re a registered and logged-in customer, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it, as long as it does not include loyalty gifts and was not paid with PayPal.
  • Cancellation is reserved for customers with an account on Dior.com.
  • Guest orders cannot be canceled online

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Company Rights

Parfums Christian Dior reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.

Gift with Purchase Returns

If your order contained Gift with Purchase, the gifts must also be returned. If a Gift Set is being returned, all products in the Set must be returned together.
