Return Policy

General Return Requirements

No return of merchandise will be accepted without first securing a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number provided by CyberPowerPC. Buyer must submit evidence of purchase date, Company invoice number, description of goods including serial and model numbers, reason for return, exchange, or refund, and RMA number.

How to Obtain an RMA Number

To get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, you must contact CyberPowerPC support at (888) 900-5180.

RMA Validity Period

After an RMA number has been issued, you will have 15 days to send the item back. If you are unable to send the item back after the 15th day, please contact our customer service before shipping out the item to extend the RMA warranty.

Return Shipping Requirements

Ship the Product(s) back to Company in their original or equivalent packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the carton. All returns for exchange or refund must be complete with all components, manuals, cables, warranty cards, and static bags, just as you received it. If the Product is not returned in its entirety, you will be charged for the missing items.

Customer Responsibility

You must ship the product back at your own expense, and insure the shipment for the total value of the order or accept the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

NOTE: You are responsible for your software and data. Company is not required to advise or remind you of appropriate backup and other procedures. Company is not responsible for any lost data or software in your Product.

Refund Policy

30-Day Refund Period

Love your purchase or return it within 30 days for a refund. The 30-day period is calculated from your invoice date. Note: invoice date is not the date of when your order was placed but the date of when the product was shipped.

Refund Conditions

At its sole discretion, Company may accept or deny Buyer’s claim for return, exchange, or damages. If accepted and if the goods have not been used and are in a resalable condition, Company shall provide a refund within 30 days on new notebook and desktop computer systems.

Restocking Fees

Returns after the 31st day will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

If your request for a refund is after 30 days but before 45 days of the invoice date, your refund will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

If you received an RMA within 30 days but did not ship the product back within 15 days of receipt of your RMA number, your refund will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

45-Day Cutoff

No refund, credit, or exchange is allowed after 45 days from the date of the invoice on all notebook and desktop computer systems, and part purchases.

Non-Refundable Items

Opened software, promotional items, game vouchers, services, care options, and engraved products are not eligible for refund and may not be returned.

Processing Time

It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process the credit refund to your original payment method after it has been received and after an inspection period of up to 3 days from the date of receipt by CyberPowerPC.

Exchange Policy

No Standard Exchanges

Every system we offer is custom built to your unique configuration so we don’t offer exchanges. Restrictions do apply as we cannot guarantee the availability of exactly the same components at the time of the exchange so keep in mind that components are subject to change in terms of brands and features but the core specifications will be reasonably similar.

Cross-Shipment Option

In some cases, if approved, you can opt for a Cross-Shipment of component(s). CyberPowerPC will ship the replacement component before the receipt of the returned product. This minimizes the time that you are without a functioning computer.

This process, however, requires that you guarantee the product we ship out with a credit card or other acceptable credit arrangement. We will process and hold on to your credit card until we receive the returned product, which when received, we will cancel the held credit. However, if your return product is not received within 29 days, we will charge the value of the shipped product on the 30th day.

Special Policies

Engraved Products

Products which are engraved cannot be returned. The 30 day return period does not apply to engraved products. Company’s limited warranty does not cover replacement of engraving.

Refurbished Products

CyberPowerPC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Refurbished Computers and Parts. CyberPower will refund the price of the merchandise within the first 30 days from the date of the original invoice. Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable on refunds.
