Money-Back Guarantee

Custom Ink offers a comprehensive money-back guarantee on all custom products. We understand that creating custom products online may be new for many customers, and we’re committed to delivering high-quality products that look exactly like what you designed on our website.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may return custom goods for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your custom order if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at CustomInk.com
  • The goods are otherwise flawed or defective
  • Your order arrives later than the promised delivery date
Qualifying Conditions for Refunds

According to our User Agreement, we accept returns and provide refunds when customers are disappointed by Custom Ink merchandise for any of these specific reasons:

  1. Material Flaws in Blank Items: The blank items themselves are materially flawed
  2. Poor Decorating Quality: The quality of the decorating (printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations
  3. Design Discrepancies: The design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer
Return Process

Required Notification: You must notify Custom Ink before returning any goods to ensure your return is handled quickly and accurately.

Refund Processing
  • Full refunds will be provided for qualifying returns
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • All collected money will be refunded to the individual credit cards used

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins
  • Order changes and cancellations are only possible when requested prior to your order moving into production
  • Once the production process has started, changes and cancellations can no longer be accepted
  • Changes may impact delivery dates and pricing
Group Order Form Cancellations

While Form is Open:

  • Click “Cancel Order” on the Settings tab of your Group Order Form
  • All collected money will be refunded to individual credit cards

After Form Closes:

  • Call Customer Service immediately at 855-374-4687
  • Individual orders through Group Order Forms must be cancelled by the organizer

Exchange Policy

Note: Custom Ink does not offer traditional product exchanges due to the custom nature of all products. Instead, customers may return items for a full refund and place a new order if needed.

Every Custom Ink order goes through multiple quality checks:

  • Blank items are inspected for holes, snags, or flaws before printing
  • Design quality is continuously monitored throughout the printing process
  • Final inspection occurs before shipping
  • At least three team members review every order before it ships
