Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of your product purchase price.Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date
- Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Send your package using a shipping service that provides a tracking number (FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible if there is no proof the product was delivered

Refund Policy
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 10 business days from when the product is received for your refund
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Full refund of product purchase price (shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
Warranty Refunds
If the Product that is the subject of this Lifetime Warranty fails during the warranty period for reasons covered by this Lifetime Warranty, Cuisinart will, at its option, repair the Product, replace the Product with another identical or reasonably equivalent product, or if Cuisinart is unable to repair or replace the Product, refund the purchase price, less the amount directly attributable to the consumer’s prior usage of the Product.
Processing Time
Upon receipt of the Product, Cuisinart will inspect the Product and, if required under this Lifetime Warranty, attempt to repair, replace, or refund the Product within thirty (30) days. However, there may be delays beyond Cuisinart’s control, in which case that time period may be extended as reasonably necessary.
Exchange Policy
Warranty Exchanges
Cuisinart will, at its option, repair the Product, replace the Product with another identical or reasonably equivalent product for products covered under warranty.
Standard Exchanges
While the website doesn’t specify a separate exchange policy outside of warranty coverage, customers can:
- Return the original product within 30 days for a full refund
- Purchase a new product separately
- Contact customer service for specific exchange requests
Special Provisions
California Residents
California law provides that for In-Warranty Service, California residents have the option of returning a nonconforming product (A) to the store where it was purchased or (B) to another retail store that sells Cuisinart products of the same type. The retail store shall then, according to its preference, either repair the product, refer the consumer to an independent repair facility, replace the product, or refund the purchase price less the amount directly attributable to the consumer’s prior usage of the product.

Consumer Eligibility
This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a consumer if you are the owner of a Cuisinart® product that was purchased at retail for personal, family, or household use. Except as otherwise required by applicable state law, this warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.
