Cricut Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Return Window

You must contact Cricut Member Care within five (5) days of receipt of your order in order to return any purchased item. No returns will be accepted after fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order.

To initiate a return, contact Cricut Member Care through the official support channels available on cricut.com.

Return Requirements
  • Any returns must be in saleable condition, in original packaging.
  • You will need an RMA number before returning any products. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • After receiving an RMA, your returns must be received within fourteen (14) days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
  • We do not offer returns on opened CRICUT® cartridges.
  • Digital content and Cricut Access purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable
Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless you have received a damaged product or the wrong product.

Exchange Policy

Damaged or Wrong Products

Damaged products must be returned and will be exchanged with same item or a credit given, whichever you prefer.

International Returns

You may be responsible for currency conversion costs associated with international returns.

Refund Policy

General Refund Terms
  • All payments to Cricut are not refundable, for any reason.
  • Cricut Access purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Digital Content Refunds
  • All purchases and rentals of digital content are final
  • No returns are accepted for digital content
Cricut Access Subscription Refunds

For an accidental damage and handling plan, the customer is entitled to a full refund within 60 days of purchase as long as the contract is not fulfilled. After 60 days, the customer is entitled to a pro-rata refund on the unused portion of the service contract.

Protection Plan Refunds

Monthly and annual payments for protection plans are non-refundable, with limited exceptions as outlined in the warranty terms.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Member Care: Reach out to Cricut Member Care within 5 days of receiving your order
  2. Obtain RMA Number: Request and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Items: Ensure items are in saleable condition and original packaging
  4. Ship Within Timeframe: Send items back within 14 days of receiving your RMA number
  5. Customer Pays Shipping: Unless you received a damaged or wrong product
