Return Policy
General Return Guidelines
We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at ClubMonaco.com can be returned to any Club Monaco store in the United States, returns are not accepted in outlet stores, or sent back to us within 21 days of purchase with an original receipt.
Return Eligibility Requirements
We gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:
- Items must be in new condition
- Must be returned within 21 days of purchase date
- Must include original receipt/invoice
- Items must meet all policy requirements listed below
Non-Returnable Items
Bodysuits, home, masks, underwear, grooming products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or credit. If returned, these items will not be credited or returned to the customer. Hosiery will only be accepted if it’s returned in the original packaging.
Final Sale Items
No exchanges, returns or credits permitted on final sale merchandise purchased. Void where prohibited by law.
Important Return Notes
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.
- Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations.
- Orders placed with certain payment methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna) or purchased through third-party retailers (Lyst, shopspring.com, Allume.co) have specific return restrictions
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and a $8 fee will be deducted if you use the shipping label provided by Club Monaco.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within two weeks of arriving at our distribution center.
Return Shipping Fees
After you’ve printed and shipped using the USPS return label, $8 will be deducted from your order refund. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee.
Refund Notifications
- We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed.
- Your credit card account will be credited once we process the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility
If you would like to make an exchange, you may do so as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.
Exchange Process
- Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. We’ll also provide a free return label for your new order.
- Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange online.
- Exchanged item(s) must be received within 14 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.
Exchange Restrictions
- Exchanges are limited to the same item in different size or color only
- Items purchased with certain payment methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna) are only eligible for returns, not exchanges
- Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship to Store orders are only eligible for returns, not exchanges
How to Return Items
Online Returns

- Only items purchased online can be returned by mail.
- Use the provided USPS return label or pay for your own shipping
- You can track the status of your return shipment through the Order Details page on ClubMonaco.com. Please allow up to three days after you mail your return for tracking to be available.
In-Store Returns
- Please note our regular return policy applies and you must have your invoice with you at the time of return.
- Returns accepted at Club Monaco retail stores in the United States only
- Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations.

Price Adjustments
Price Adjustment Policy
We will gladly make price adjustments on items purchased at the full retail price within seven days from the date on your invoice. To receive a price adjustment, the request must be made at the original point of purchase—either in store or through our online customer service. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustments.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order Modifications
We are unable to make changes to an existing order. If you need to change an item, we recommend cancelling your order or returning upon receipt.
Order Cancellation
Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited time in which you’ll be able to cancel. If the option is available, you will find a button next to your order on the order tracking page at the following link: My Account
