Chubbies Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Overview

Chubbies offers free returns and exchanges for US orders. Exchanges are accepted within 90 days of purchase, while refunds are processed within 30 days of purchase for non-rewards members. Extended return timelines are available to Chubbies Collective members.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

For US Orders

To start an exchange or return, visit exchanges.chubbiesshorts.com. You’ll need your order number and the shipping zip code from the original order.

Finding Your Order Number:
You can locate the seven-digit number by searching for your order confirmation email in your inbox. If you are making an exchange on a previous exchange, your order number should start with an XR.

If You Can’t Find Your Order Number:
Contact customer service at support@chubbies.com

For In-Store Purchases

If you’ve made an in-store purchase, please proceed to the store of purchase to process your return. If you are no longer in the location of the store of purchase, please contact customer service via email.

Processing Times

Standard Returns

• With Official Return Label: 7-10 business days for refund or new exchange order
• Without Official Return Label: 3-4 weeks to complete the return because processing cannot begin until the return shipment is received
• Exchange/Store Credit: Sent once USPS scans show your return is on its way back, usually within 48 hours of dropping off at post office

General Processing

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.

International Returns

Return Options

All international returns must be sent back for either store credit or a refund. To exchange a product, you must send the original order back for a refund or store credit and place a new order on the site.

Store Credit Bonus

If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original form of payment, an additional $10 will be added to the store credit.

International Return Process

1. When packing your items, include a note with your order number, name, email address and either “international refund” or “international store credit”
2. Use any carrier service of your choice to send your return back, but obtain tracking for your package
3. Send an email to support@chubbies.com with the tracking info and specify whether you’d like a refund or store credit

Product Condition Requirements

Based on information found on the website, items must be:

• Unworn with original tags attached
• Swimwear must be unworn and retain the original tags to be eligible for return
• Some products, such as underwear and final sale items, are not eligible for return
