Return Policy
Return Window
You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Us within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please Contact Us or online help within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Please Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
- Receive Return Instructions: After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Provide Tracking Information: After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions and Requirements
Items Must Be Returned In Original Condition
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, mask and accessories.
Customer Service Authorization Required
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Return Shipping Address
We have warehouses in different countries around the Globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact Us Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details within 24 hours.
Important: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Return Shipping Costs
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by ChicMe.
Refund Policy
Processing Time
We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
Partial Refunds
If you purchased two or more products, you can request a partial refund for the unsatisfied item.
Refund for Specific Issues
- Product not received / Defective product / Product different from advertised: a solution will be made within 5 working days after estimated delivery time.
- Fraudulent transactions / Incorrect charges / Duplicate charges: a solution will be made within 5 days after notification of charge
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the product to our customer service department so that we may work to process your refund request.
Non-Refundable Fees
The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Sales Tax Refunds
In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded to your wallet of ChicMe account or to the original method of payment.
Bonus Points Policy
If you request a return/a full refund for a product, the points for returned item will reverted to your account along with your refund. If it’s a partial return, points will be returned based on a percentage of the product’s price.

Exchange Process
We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
The exchange process follows the same procedures as returns – customers must contact customer service within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees
In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is “Packaged”, the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling.
When Cancellation Is Not Allowed
We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is “In transit”
