Chevrolet Accessories Return Policy

Eligibility and Timeline

Chevrolet Accessories purchased online and shipped directly to a customer or picked-up at a participating dealership may be returned for a complete refund, including shipping, within 30 days of customer receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the Chevrolet Accessory must also be in original condition (i.e. new and unused), and must be returned with all parts/components, instructions and the original shipping container.

Return Process

To qualify for a refund, customer must return an eligible accessory to the selling dealership.

Price Match Guarantee

Provide us with a better eligible price at the time of purchase, and we’ll match it. Find a better price within 30 days of the purchase, and we’ll refund the difference.

OnStar Service Plans

Service Plan Transfers and Refunds

If you trade in your vehicle or return a leased vehicle, or if your vehicle is totaled because of collision damage, please call 1-888-4ONSTAR with your OnStar account number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). We will update your account status or transfer your service. You’ll also need the date the vehicle was sold, traded or totaled. If you’re not eligible to transfer your service plan, a refund, if applicable, will be given for the remaining service plan time you purchased.

GM Rewards Points

Points Return Policy

If you return or exchange an item on which you earned Points, we may deduct Points from your Member Account up to the number of Points you originally received for that purchase.

Whether or not an item you purchase using Points can be returned at a Participating Dealer or Third-Party Retailer is subject to the discretion of GM or the Participating Dealer or Third Party Retailer, respectively, and applicable law.

Points redeemed are not refundable but may be returned to the Member Account in accordance with section 3.b.

Protection Plans

Cancellation and Refunds

Coverage is fully refundable within 30 days if no claims have been filed. After 30 days or if a claim has been filed, you will receive a pro rata refund, less claims paid (where permissible) and any applicable cancellation fees.

Transfer Policy

Transfers to another private party are allowed within 30 days of resale or lease assumption, subject to a $50 transfer fee. Transfer to a dealership is not allowed.
