Return Policy

Time Frame
  • 6 months return window: Products purchased via the Charles Tyrwhitt website can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 6 months of the date of dispatch.
  • 14-day cancellation period: As a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received the products.
Return Process
  • You must inform Charles Tyrwhitt in writing to cancel a contract
  • You must return the product(s) immediately at your own cost and risk
  • Take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession
  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, or order number)
Return Shipping
  • Return shipping fee: $9.95 will be deducted from your return credit to cover return shipping costs (for standard returns)
  • Defective products: Products returned due to defects will be refunded in full, including delivery charges and return shipping costs
