Time Frame: 14 days from the date of purchase

Conditions:

• Products must be in original, unworn condition
• All original documentation required including:
  • Original sales receipt
  • Tags attached
  • Undamaged packaging (dust bag, box, care booklet)
  • Authenticity card (for leather goods)
• Returns must be made at a CHANEL Boutique within the original country of purchase

Fragrance & Beauty Products

• Return window: 17 calendar days from shipping date
• Click & Collect orders: 14 calendar days from pickup date
• Condition: New or gently used products accepted
• Return methods:
  • By mail using prepaid FedEx shipping label
  • Drop off at nearest CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty boutique

Eyewear

• Return window: 30 days from delivery date
• Condition: Original and unaltered condition with original packaging

Fashion Items

• Return window: 14 days from purchase date
• Condition: Original unworn condition with all tags and packaging
• Location: Must return to CHANEL Boutique in country of purchase

Refund Policy

• Inspection: Up to 14 business days to process returns
• Refund appearance: Additional 7 business days to appear on statement
