Return Policy
Time Frame
Returns for online and store orders must take place within 45 days after the original shipment date or purchase date in order to receive a credit in the original form of payment. Returns received more than 45 days after the shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Return Conditions
Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags. Returned/exchanged items must be returned in the original boxes and bags and must include all the original hang-tags.

You can access our ReadyReturns portal to initiate returns and exchanges. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By Mail
U.S. Customers:
- Use the SmartLabel (pre-paid, pre-addressed postal return label) attached to your original invoice
- Complete and enclose the return form on your invoice
- Remove SmartLabel from the invoice (center of invoice just above the shipping label)
- Package the item(s) and return form and seal it securely with tape
- Affix the SmartLabel to the package
- Drop your package anywhere in the U.S. mail: at home, at work, or a post office

In-Store Returns (U.S. Only)
Take the item(s) you would like to return to any Foot Locker Inc. store nationwide (Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports, Footaction, or SIX:02). Refunds can be processed at any of these locations.
Required Documentation:
- Please bring your invoice, order confirmation, or shipping confirmation to the store for proper processing of your return or exchange
Return Shipping Fees
We offer free returns for FLX Rewards members. If you are not an FLX Rewards member, there will be a $6.99 return shipping fee deducted from your refund when a Ready Returns Label is used.
Expedited Return Options
Labels are available for 3-5 Business Day returns ($9.99), 2 Business Day returns ($14.99), and 1 Business Day returns ($24.99). The Return Label will be sent via email and include detailed instructions. Expedited charges already include the $6.99 SmartLabel fee.
Processing Time
On average, returns will reach us within 5-6 business days and can take up to 2 weeks to process once delivered.
Restrictions
- We don’t accept COD returns
- We don’t accept international returns
- Free return shipping is limited to standard delivery within the contiguous United States
Exchange Policy
Exchange Guarantee
Our guarantee: It’ll fit or we’ll exchange it for free! Exchanges are pending item availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are shipped via standard 3-5 business day shipping
- Expect up to 2-weeks from when your return was delivered to receive your exchange
- As part of our Fit Guarantee, we’ll pay the standard shipping cost for any exchanged item

Exchange Shipping
- Free exchange shipping is limited to standard delivery within the contiguous United States and APO/FPO addresses
- If express or overnight shipping is requested on your exchange order, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost
- The entire exchange order must ship to a single address
In-Store Exchange Limitations
For items that are paid for in-store, please be aware that our Online Returns Team is unable to process exchange requests. If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend visiting any of our Champs Sports stores.
Refund Policy
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used on your order.
Refund Processing Times
- For credit/debit card refunds, please allow 5-7 business days (depending on your financial institution) for processing
- For PayPal refunds, please allow 2-4 business days for processing
- For gift card refunds, please allow 1-2 business days for processing
- For Klarna refunds, please allow 3-7 business days for processing
Refund Inclusions
- Only the product cost and taxes will be refunded
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the returned item was defective or you received a wrong item
Special Payment Methods
Klarna Refunds
When receiving a refund for a Klarna paid order, the refund will be processed for the return value. Your payment schedule with Klarna will be updated based on the amount of the refund: If the refund amount is greater than any payments already made, Klarna will refund the difference to the payment method you have on file.
In-Store Purchase Refunds
If you are seeking a refund for your in-store paid items, please note that the refund will be issued via check sent by mail.
Defective Items
Reporting Defective Items
Incorrect, damaged and defective merchandise should be reported to our customer service team immediately and must be returned within 45 days.
Defective Item Inspection
If you believe your item is defective, it must be returned within 45 days. The item will be inspected by our Returns Department to determine if there is a manufacturer’s defect.
International Customers
International Return Policy
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
