Return Policy

Return Period

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order. You can easily register your return within 14 days via our returns portal.

Return Process

Returning your order at BSTN is easy and you will receive your refund quickly. To initiate a return:

1. Register your return through the BSTN returns portal within 14 days
2. Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping
3. Send the items to the appropriate return address based on your location

Return Conditions

Returned items will only be accepted unworn in their original condition. Important requirements:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• The shoebox is also part of the purchased item, so please always double-box your returns
• All goods will be inspected on return and a full refund can only be paid if handled correctly

Return Costs

• Germany: BSTN bears the direct costs for returns within Germany if the purchase price for the item to be returned is €40 or more, provided that you process the return through the DHL link for returned goods
• International (Canada/US): For international returns from Canada and the US, the customer is responsible for the respective return costs
• UK: For international returns from the United Kingdom, a return fee of £12,99 will be deducted from the refund
• Items under €40: For goods whose purchase price is below €40, or for returns from abroad, the customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods

We shall be obligated to return all payments made by you, including delivery expenses immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

Refund Process

Once the return has been received by us, it will be inspected, and the refund will be initiated. We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible.

Refund Method

This refund shall be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Special Payment Methods

If you paid by advance payment or instant bank transfer, we will need your bank details for the refund. Please provide them during the return registration.

Refund Conditions

• You will not be charged additional fees in terms of this refund under any circumstances
• We can refuse to make the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier date
• In case of returns, customs duties and handling fees will be refunded by BSTN. Shipping costs will not be refunded

Exchange Policy

Important Note: All webshop orders are shipped from our main warehouse (Germany). Therefore it is not possible to return or exchange online orders in our physical stores.
