Return Policy
Return Timeframes
Regional Variations:- USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 28 days from receipt of items
- European Economic Area (EEA): 60 days from receipt of items (legal right to change your mind)
- UK & EU: 28 days from receipt of items
Return Conditions
All returns must meet the following requirements:- Items must be returned in new and unused condition
- Original labels and tags must be attached
- Items should be sent back in original packaging wherever possible
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
How to Return Items
Step-by-Step Process:- Repack your items with original tags attached
- Login to the returns portal using your order number and email address
- Select your preferred return option (print returns label at home or in-store options)
- Process your return in the portal and post the package
- Keep proof of postage and track your return
Return Costs
- USA: $7 charge for returns (not applicable to Premier customers)
- UK: £1.99 fixed charge deducted from refund amount
- International: Return charges vary and will be deducted from refund amount
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:- Grooming products
- Fashion masks
- Swimwear/Underwear (if hygiene seal has been tampered with or broken)
- Pierced jewellery
- Lingerie items (if protective seal has been removed)
Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time
Processing Timeline:- Up to 7 working days from return date for parcel delivery to warehouse
- Items are quality checked upon receipt
- Cash refunds: 3-5 working days to appear on bank statement (after processing)
- Store credit refunds: Within 24 hours of processing
Refund Methods
Cash Refunds:- Refunds processed to original payment method
- Gift voucher purchases: Credited back to boohooman.com account
- Customers can choose store credit instead of cash refunds
- Store credit customers receive 10% extra on refund price
- Quicker processing time for store credit refunds
- Not available for faulty goods
- 10% bonus not available for orders paid with store credit
Delivery Charge Refunds
- EEA customers: Delivery charges refunded if all items returned within 14 days
- Non-EEA customers: Delivery charges not refunded
Refund Tracking
Communication:- Email notification when parcel arrives at warehouse
- Email notification when refund is processed
- Return tracking available through portal
Exchange Policy
Currently Not Available: boohooMAN does not offer direct exchanges at this time. Alternative Process:To exchange an item:
- Return the unwanted item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
Special Circumstances
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Process:- Contact customer services immediately
- Do not use faulty items after discovering the fault
- May be eligible for full refund to original payment method
- Return within 28 days of receipt
Suspected Fraudulent Activity
boohooMAN reserves the right to:- Withhold refunds for suspicious activity
- Block accounts for fraudulent behavior
- Refuse returns for used/worn items
- Refuse returns that don’t match original orders
Quality Checks
All returns undergo quality inspection:- Items must be in new, unused condition
- Original packaging and labels required
- Refunds denied for non-compliant returns
