Blair Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Important Policy Update
For orders placed on or after June 2, 2025: We are no longer accepting returns or creating exchanges for Blair. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you do return these items, you will not be refunded for the item or your shipping cost, and the items will be disposed of and cannot be re-shipped to you under any circumstances.
For orders placed before June 2, 2025: The following return and exchange policy applies.
Return Policy (Orders Placed Before June 2, 2025)
General Return Terms
If you are not satisfied with a Blair item, we’ll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price (excluding discounts, and any shipping and handling charges) for items returned in their original condition.
Return Timeframes
- Within 30 days from ship date: Refunds will be made in your original form of payment
- Between 31 and 45 days from ship date: You will receive store credit which will be good toward a future purchase at Blair
Gift Returns
If you received the merchandise as a gift or used a gift card for the purchase and return it requesting a refund, you will receive store credit to be used on a future purchase with Blair.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Final Sale Items
All clearance items (price ending in $.97) are FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you do return it, you will not be refunded for the item or shipping cost.
Special Conditions
- Swimwear must have the sanitary liner attached
- Any merchandise not covered by this policy will clearly state the exemption on its product page located at blair.com or in the catalog
How to Return Items (Orders Placed Before June 2, 2025)
Required Documentation
Complete the Return/Exchange Form, located in the middle section of your packing slip included with your packaging. Can’t find your packing slip? Print a return and exchange form here.
Gift Returns Process
If your return/exchange is a gift, please fill out the box marked gift return and include additional monies if necessary.
Packaging Instructions
Detach and enclose the Return/Exchange Form in the package with the merchandise you are returning. You may use your original packaging material to make your return. Please be sure to remove any labels affixed to the package or cover the original address label to avoid any confusion.

Shipping Instructions
Give the package to your Postal Carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office location.
At your own cost, you may also use the shipping provider of your choice and send it to the address listed above to return your order. For your protection, please return by insured mail and be sure to save your receipt for your records. We strongly encourage insuring your package if you choose this option.
Processing Times
Return Processing
Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credits to process on your credit card.
Exchange Processing
Returns take 2 to 3 weeks to be fully processed, and we’ll set up an exchange as soon as we process the return. We’ll send you an email so you’ll know we’ve placed the order for your exchange. From there, you’ll receive our regular shipping emails – orders typically take 6 to 12 business days to arrive once they’ve been placed.
