Return Policy

Return Timeframe

All orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with the exception of Last Chance items. Last chance styles that are discounted 40% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible Items for Return

• Footwear and Accessories: Footwear and accessories may be returned or exchanged, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery
• Skin Care Products: BIRKENSTOCK NATURAL SKIN CARE can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason.

Return Conditions

All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items must be returned in their original purchase condition and packaging.

Where to Return

Online Purchases (birkenstock.com/us):

• Returns can only be accepted for an order placed at www.birkenstock.com/us.
• Must be returned online at www.birkenstock.com/us/returns
• Cannot be returned to physical Birkenstock stores or authorized retailers

Physical Store Purchases:

Products purchased at a Birkenstock store must be returned to the original store location. Store locations include:

• BIRKENSTOCK BROOKLYN (70 N 6th St, Brooklyn, NY)
• BIRKENSTOCK VENICE (1208 Abbot Kinney Blvd, Venice, CA)

• BIRKENSTOCK MIAMI (111 NE 40th Street, Miami, FL)
• BIRKENSTOCK BOSTON (205 Newbury Street, Boston, MA)

Authorized Retailer Purchases:

If you purchased from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product following their respective guidelines.

Return Documentation

Including the packing slip will help facilitate processing the returns. If you no longer have the packing slip you may still return your order and will be refunded.

After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used.

Refund Timeframe

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.

What’s Not Refunded

Any shipping charges from your order will not be refunded.

Non-Authentic Returns

If you mistakenly return an item to Birkenstock that is not an authentic or authorized Birkenstock product, please reach out to our Customer Service team at 844-505-4055 or via email at info@support.birkenstockusa.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to help locate and recover the incorrectly returned item, Birkenstock is not responsible for replacing, returning, or providing compensation for any non-Birkenstock items sent to us by mistake and cannot be held liable for such mistakes.

We offer free exchanges on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Exchange Limitations

Exchanges can only be initiated for the same exact item in a different size. We ask that you please return your item(s) for a refund if you want a different style.
