Return Policy

Standard Return Window

You can return items for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the eligibility requirements.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Be unworn or unused (where applicable)
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Be returned within the 30-day return window from delivery date
Return Process
  1. Initiate Return: Contact Birch Lane customer service to start the return process
  2. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will apply and are the responsibility of the customer
  3. Return Authorization: Obtain return authorization before shipping items back
  4. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify condition
Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or not in original condition
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

Birch Lane does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  2. Once return is processed and refund issued
  3. Place a new order for the desired item
