Returns Policy
Basic Return Terms
Biossance offers a simple returns policy: if you are not completely satisfied with your Biossance purchase, you are able to return it for a refund within 30 days from ship date.

- Returns must be initiated within this timeframe
How to Start a Return
To process a return, click here to start your return with Biossance’s return partner, ZigZag. You will be subject to ZigZag’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Return Process
- Register Your Return: Use the online return portal through ZigZag
- Post Your Return: Choose a carrier to fulfill your return through the portal
- Proof of Postage: Remember to ask for a receipt for proof of postage when posting
- Processing: Biossance will handle the rest once they receive your return
Items Eligible for Return
Returnable Items
Biossance accepts returns for all orders, except for accessories and sets which are final sale.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and not returnable:
- E-gift cards
- Gift sets
- Accessories
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Once received, Biossance will refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date they receive the return.
Refund Timeline
Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and you’ll receive an email notification when it’s on its way. If you don’t receive your refund and it’s been 10 working days since you received the email confirmation, contact Customer Service through your account.
Refund Method
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- If you cancel your order and have already paid for goods, you will receive a full refund
Exchange Policy
Exchange Availability
Biossance is unable to accommodate exchanges at this time.
Note: Exchanges are not currently offered. Customers must process a return and place a new order for different items.
Special Circumstances
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact the customer service team through My Account who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence to help process your claim as quickly as possible.
Consumer Rights (14-Day Cancellation)
For consumer purchases (private use), you are entitled to cancel any contract within 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. For cancellation details, please see the Returns Policy.
Multibuy Offers
Where any goods are returned (except for an exchange where products are faulty/defective), Biossance is entitled to either require the return of all goods delivered as part of a Multibuy offer at your cost or charge you for the goods retained by you at the full price quoted on the site.
