RETURN POLICY
Return Timeframe
- Items may be returned within 30 days from the order shipping date
- Full refunds are available within 21 days from the shipping date
- After 21 days and within 30 days, merchandise credit will be issued on an eGift Card
- After 30 days, returns will no longer be accepted
Eligible Items for Return
- Items must be in new, unworn condition without any damages
- Original hang tags must be attached
- Items must be tried on with undergarments only
- Items must not show signs of damage, including stains, pet hair, rips/tears or odors such as perfume or sweat
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Final sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit, exchange, or return
- All intimates are considered final sale
- All swimwear cannot be returned
- Select dresses and jumpsuits priced $129+ are only eligible for mail-in returns
Return Process
- Online purchases must be returned via the online portal only
- Partnership with Happy Returns offers two options: Bar Location for in-person returns or pre-paid label for mail-in returns
- Items can be sent back directly using any traceable method at customer’s expense

Special Conditions
- Shoes must be returned with the exact same style box or a $15 processing fee will be charged
- Items returned without prior authorization may be subject to a $6.95 restocking fee
- Only customers in the contiguous US can obtain a shipping label
- No shipping labels available for APO (Army Post Office) & FPO (Fleet Post Office)
REFUND POLICY
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after items are received and inspected
- Some refunds may take up to 10-20 business days from the date package is received
Refund Amounts
- Full refund available for items returned within 21 days of shipping date
- Merchandise credit on eGift Card for items returned between 21-30 days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
International Returns
- Return items must be received within 60 days of shipped date for international orders
- Return labels provided by Global-E will cause a flat fee of $10 USD deducted from return amount
- Up to 14 business days for return processing upon receipt at warehouse
clubbebe Member Returns
- clubbebe members will receive refund for total amount of returned item less any reward amounts redeemed
- Rewards will not be reissued if a purchase made using a reward is returned
- clubbebe reward point balance will be debited to reflect returns or credits
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange Availability
- Due to limited merchandise quantities and constantly evolving fashion selection, Bebe currently does not process exchanges
- To get desired items, customers should place a new order and return unwanted items within the policy window for a refund
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Order Changes
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed
- Customers must wait to receive their purchase and then return it
