AX Paris Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
Return Window
- Items must be returned within 16 days from the date of order
- All returns must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Any returns received after 30 days will be classified as late returns and refunded via gift card only
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- All items must be unworn and returned with labels/security ribbon attached
- Sets of two-part items (bikinis, lounge sets) must be returned as a complete set
- Items marked or tainted with make-up, fake tan, body lotions, perfumes, or body odours cannot be refunded
- No alterations are permitted to items
Return Process
- Use the Returns Portal: Use the returns portal to create a Royal Mail returns label
- Repackage Items: Ensure items are in original condition and include the returns form from your order invoice or a note with full name, email address, order number, item names, and reason for return
- Submit Return: Take your parcel to your local post office with the Royal Mail returns label or QR code generated within the portal
Return Fees
- £6.95 deducted from refunds to original payment method to cover Royal Mail returns label cost
- Free returns for exchanges, store credit, or gift card refunds
- £3.95 processing fee if not using the official returns portal
Refund Policy
Standard Refunds (Within 16 Days)
- Full refund issued to original payment method (minus £6.95 return label fee)
- Refunds processed within 15 working days of receiving return parcel
- Original delivery fees cannot be refunded
Late Returns (After 16 Days)
- Gift card issued for the value of returned items
- £7.95 late processing fee charged
- Gift cards are non-transferable and expire 9 months after issue
- 10% gift card bonus not available for late returns
- No gift card issued for returns after 3 months from purchase
Faulty/Incorrect Items
- Must notify customer service within 24 hours from delivery time
- Contact enquiries@axparis.com with order number, full name, item code, and image proof
- Full refund or exchange available for faulty/incorrect items
Exchange Policy
Exchange Process
- Exchanges available for different sizes only through the returns portal
- Style, print, and colour must be the same as original item
- New replacement items sent via 48-hour tracked Royal Mail service at no charge
Exchange Timeline & Fees
- Exchanges dispatched within 2 working days of receiving return parcel
- First exchange is free
- Additional exchanges incur £4.50 charge per exchange
- If exchanged item is returned for refund, shipping cost will be deducted
Additional Terms
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-transferable
- Gift cards expire 9 months after issue
Special Circumstances
- Items deemed unreturnable by quality check team will be held for 3 weeks for customer collection, then disposed of
- AX Paris not responsible for items originally purchased from other websites
- Additional fees may apply for parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect
Processing Times
- Refunds: 15 working days
- Exchanges: 2 working days
- Email notifications: Sent when parcel received at warehouse and when return/exchange processed
