TGW Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

General Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return it online. Items must be in new and unused condition and returned within 60 days from purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements

Item Condition:

• Items must be in new, unused condition. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom orders, personalized items, open videos, DVD’s and computer software are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right not to accept return or exchange on select promotional items and items otherwise specified at time of purchase.

Return Process

How to Initiate Returns:

1. Click here begin the online return process
2. For Registered Users: Simply sign in to review your order history and begin your return
3. For Non-Registered Users: You’ll need your Order ID and Billing Address information to look up your order

Processing Time:

• Your return/exchange is processed and you should see your refund within 14 days, depending on your banking institution.
• If you are returning an item within the 60-day window, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Process:

• If exchanging, simply place a new order online.
• After creating your return label for an exchange, please submit a new order for the replacement item. You will be charged for the replacement item, but after we receive your exchanged item, we’ll refund your original payment method. If we do not receive your exchanged item, you will not receive a refund.

Shipping Costs:

• No shipping charge on exchanges
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Special Golf Club Policies

30-Day Playability Guarantee

The TGW 30-Day Playability Guarantee allows you to try new clubs, risk free and return them for a gift card if you’re not 100% happy.

Eligibility:

• “30 Day Guarantee – Love It Or Send It Back” applies only to clubs with this label on the page
• Limit four stock club returns per year. Limit one custom club return per year.

Conditions:

• This offer applies to items that are not damaged and reveal only normal wear. The clubs cannot be altered in any way, including shaft or grips.
• You must return the club to us within 30 days from the date of shipment to receive up to 90% value in a gift card for the purchase of alternate equipment.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Value:

• We guarantee up to 90% return value for your club and will issue a gift card for the purchase of equipment that suits you better.

Refund Methods

Merchandise Credit:

• Merchandise credit may be issued due to order overpayments, exchanges, returns past the return policy, playability returns, or warranty returns.
• Merchandise credit will be returned to you in the form of an e-gift card that can be used on future orders on our website or by phone.
• When your 30-Day Guarantee return is processed, your merchandise credit is returned to you in the form of an TGW digital gift card that can be used on future orders.

Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

All our items carry a 1-year warranty which covers problems occurring with items that are used in any way, under normal wear & usage, not as defective or under the TGW Mulligan 60-Day Playability Guarantee.

Warranty Process

Please contact customer service for instructions on how to begin the warranty process. Our warranty process is a simple process where you send the (item) back to us and we work with the manufacturer or vendor to resolve your warranty issue. Include a brief note detailing the issue with the item as well as your preference of a refund, replacement, etc.

Manufacturer Warranties

• All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem with the manufacturer’s warranty period, TGW will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.
• It is at the manufacturer’s discretion to repair, replace or refund of item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time the manufacturer receives the item.
• Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. However, Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.

International Warranty Returns

International Returns

The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.

Return Shipping

FedEx Drop-off Locations:

FedEx offers over 8,000 FedEx staffed locations for your Returns drop off. Go to fedex.com/dropoff to find a convenient FedEx location.

Shipping Costs:

• FedEx Return Service is only available to customers in the contiguous US. The shipping and/or pickup costs will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances we may require additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification, to consider processing a return or providing a refund or replacement. All personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
