Return Policy

We are happy to refund the original purchase price of new, non-worn merchandise returned within 35 days of the shipment date.

Return Requirements

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition
  • Items must be received within 35 days of the shipment date
  • Merchandise returned beyond this time period will not be accepted
  • striderite.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please find your order using our online return portal.

Return Processing Time

  • Allow 10-15 business days for your return to be delivered and processed
  • Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to the original method of payment used to purchase the item(s)
  • Your credit may take up to two billing cycles to post to your account, depending on your credit card company

Return Shipping

  • A First Class shipping label will be provided for returns
  • If you experience issues with the Post Office not accepting the label, request assistance from a supervisor or manager at the local post office
  • Shipping fees are not eligible for refund

Refund Policy

Standard Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase
  • Processing time: up to two billing cycles depending on your credit card company

Gift Card Purchases

If you paid for your items either partially or in full using a Stride Rite gift card(s), you will receive a new Stride Rite gift card loaded with the full value of your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned
  • All footwear and other select merchandise under $20 is considered Final Sale and not eligible for return
  • Gift cards are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise.

We suggest you:

  1. Return the unwanted item(s) following the return process above
  2. Place a new order for the replacement merchandise through striderite.com

If we have made an error with your order, please contact our customer service team so we can make it right for you.

Retail Partner Purchases

Merchandise purchased at a non-Stride Rite retail location should be returned or exchanged where the original purchase was made.

Little Loyals Rewards Program

  • When items are returned, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance
  • If you used a Rewards discount code on your order and return your entire order, the points you used for your discount will be added back to your account
