STRADIVARIUS RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation to return products, with the exception of certain products mentioned in our exclusions list below.

Return Methods

Free Return Options:

• Return to any STRADIVARIUS store
• Return by messenger/courier service that we will send to your address
• Return by post (return shipping costs apply if not using free methods)

Online Return Process:

• Access “My Orders” section in your user account
• Select “Drop off return” option
• Print the provided return label
• Return cost of £1.95 will be deducted from your refund for drop point returns

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in the same condition as received:

• Must include original wrapping, boxes, labels and instructions/documents
• Must include all instructions, documents and packaging of the products
• Must include the receipt given on receiving the product, duly filled in
• Products must not have been handled in any way other than opening their packaging
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of use beyond trying on

Products That Cannot Be Returned

• Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, once they are unsealed/unwrapped after you have received them
• Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed after delivery
• Underwear (except for bras) and tights that have been tried on
• Items with hygiene seals that have been broken

REFUND POLICY

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be paid as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days from the date on which you inform us of your intention to cancel the Contract
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days after your item is delivered to the warehouse

Refund Method

• Refunds will always be made using the same payment method you used to purchase the item
• No cash refunds will be provided

Refund Conditions

• No refunds will be paid if products have been handled in any way other than opening their packaging, if they have suffered any damage or if they have been tried on (for hygiene-sensitive items)
• Original purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Products must meet all return conditions listed above

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

• Contact us immediately using our contact form or by calling customer service, indicating the details of the product as well as the defect in question
• Upon receipt of the product we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund by e-mail or telephone within a reasonable period of time
• We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges may only be made for the same article in a different size or colour
• Exchanges must be made within the same 30-day return period
• Products must meet all return conditions (same condition as received, with all original packaging and labels)

Exchange Process

• Exchanges can be processed at any STRADIVARIUS physical store
• For online purchases, contact customer service to arrange exchange
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Regional Exchange Policies

• Exchange can be performed in any Stradivarius shop in any country operated by Azadea Group excluding Egypt, based on the local currency exchange rate
• Refund can be performed in any Stradivarius shop only in the country where the purchase was made

GIFT CARDS

Gift Card Returns

• When appropriate, refunds on products purchased with the Card will be made by increasing the Card’s available balance
• If you do not provide the Card when the return is made, the refund will be made on a Voucher
• The Card balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
