Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to us within 60 days and we’ll promptly handle your refund or exchange.

Return Policy

Return Time Frame
  • 60 days from the date of purchase to return items for refund or exchange
Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and new condition.

Special Item Conditions
  • Fragrances, hair care, skin care, makeup, and bath & body items must be in new or gently used condition
  • Music, movies, video games and software must be returned unopened with the factory seal intact
  • Products sold in sets must be returned as sets; partial returns will not be accepted
  • Personalized/Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective
Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the return postage
  • Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable
Return Instructions
  1. Complete and enclose the RETURN FORM located on the back of your PACKING SLIP
  2. Indicate whether the item is a return or an exchange
  3. Wrap your return securely in its original box
  4. Ship it via insured Parcel Post

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are permitted for identical product only.

Exchange Shipping
  • The item(s) requested for exchange will be sent to you free of shipping charges
  • However, customers are responsible for the return postage needed to return the original item(s) back to us
Exchange Processing Time

Depending on how your return is sent, it can take up to 10 business days for your package to be received and an additional 7-12 business days for the exchange to be processed and shipped out. Once shipped, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time

Once your return package is received by us, please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing.

Refund Methods
  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds should be reflected on your credit card statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return
  • Check or Money Order Payments: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days after return processing for a refund check to be mailed to you
  • Stoneberry Credit: If you paid with our Credit, refunds should be reflected on your monthly statement within two billing cycles from the time we process your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If something was wrong with your order when it arrived, we want to make it right! Please Contact Us, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.

Product Warranties

Many of our products have manufacturer warranties. If you purchase an item that has a manufacturer’s warranty that information will be included with your order. Stoneberry and Fifth & Glam also offer protection plans (or extended warranties) on our applicable products.
