Return Policy

Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your goods to us. You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return your order.

Return Methods
By Mail

You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility.

Online Returns Portal

To return by post register your return on our returns portal here. All you need is your order number and e-mail address to register your return.

In-Store Returns

If you’ve paid by credit or debit card you can pop down to one of our stores nationwide, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund.

If you’ve paid using PayPal or Apple Pay, your local store will send your order back to our distribution centre on your behalf so the transaction can be reversed.

Return Conditions
Product Condition

The Goods must be returned unused and in good condition with the original packaging.

You must take care of the products before You return them to Us. We may reduce the amount We refund to You if You use them, damage them or otherwise do something beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine them.

Excluded Items
  • Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty.
  • Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene seal is still intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return and refund of certain Goods (such as swimwear and underwear) if there is a hygiene seal which has been broken or unsealed.
Geographic Restrictions
  • Collect From Store orders delivered to alternative collection point cannot be returned in that store.
  • Please note, orders purchased on the UK site cannot be returned or exchanged to any of our stores outside the UK.

Refund Policy

Standard Refunds

We will ordinarily refund the full purchase price together with the standard delivery charge paid as long as we receive your order within the cancellation period.

Delivery Charges

If you chose to pay extra for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

Please note though that if you want to return only some Goods but keep the rest of your order, you may not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge.

Processing Time

Once we have received your order, we will process your refund within a few working days.

We will ordinarily refund the full purchase price together with the standard delivery charge paid within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or proof of postage of the same.

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, we’ll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you out.

Refund Limitations

Yes, but please note we won’t refund the price difference if an item has been reduced since it was purchased.

Special Payment Methods
Afterpay Returns

To return items purchased using Afterpay, follow JD’s standard return process and return policy. We encourage you to mail in your returns of items purchased using Afterpay so that your refund syncs up with your Afterpay account.

In-store returns of items purchased using Afterpay can only be refunded in the form of a JD gift card, which can be used at any JD retail store located in the U.S. or Finish Line retail store or online at jdsports.com or finishline.com.

Klarna Returns

To return items purchased using Klarna, follow JD Sports’ standard return process and return policy. We encourage you to mail in your returns of items purchased using Klarna so that your refund syncs up with your Klarna account.

Exchanges, store credit and cash refunds are not available for items purchased using a Klarna payment method.

Exchange Availability

Online orders can only be refunded. Exchanges are not available.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Care team who will discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange.

Alternatively, you can take your despatch note and the faulty or damaged goods to one of our JD stores. The team will be happy to assist and send your item off to our distribution centre who will do an inspection, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange.

Manufacturing Defects

If You return Goods to Us for a reason other than if You change Your mind, We will inspect the Goods and either replace them or refund the full purchase price of the Goods if we accept that there is a manufacturing defect or other fault in the Goods. This is subject to You returning the Goods to Us no later than 30 days after Your receipt of the Goods.
